A cocktail bar in Antalya with its own sorrel cordial
Oie is a small, candle-lit cocktail bar in Muratpaşa, central Antalya. By day we pour specialty coffee; after sunset the bar takes over until midnight. If you're visiting Antalya and want a drink made with care rather than from a bottle of pre-mix, this is the place.
Sorrel — kuzu kulağı in Turkish — is a sour, green, lemony herb. We turn it into a fresh cordial in-house and use it in several of our cocktails. It's a flavour you rarely find at bars in Antalya.
Real fruit, no pre-mixes
Purées, syrups and juices are prepared at the bar. Strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit and green apple come from real fruit, not concentrate.
Names with a wink
Our signature cocktails are named for couples with a sense of humour: First Date Fizz, Call Me Later, Promise Ring, Yes, I Do.
