Our name means “goose” in French. Like our beret-wearing mascot with her martini glass, we like to look at life with a little more joy.
We love the spirit of the space we’ve created for our guests. When building our menu we had a single rule: the right drink for every hour and every guest.
The first espresso that starts the day matters as much as the last signature cocktail of the night. Same care, same quality of ingredients, same love for both.
